How to get an online help
 
   1. Click on the link at the top of the Homepage to get to the “Help” page.
Complete the following form to receive the online help:
 
   
 
 
2. Enter your login and email in corresponding fields;
3. Choose the type of your request in the drop-down “Type of request” list;
4. Put your request to the “Request” field;
5. Click either the or button to either submit or cancel your request and return to the previous page.
